Healthy Fruit Popsicles Recipe (Just 2 Ingredients)

Recipe for Simple Fruit Popsicles With Only Two Ingredients

You will need:

– Your choice of fresh fruit (such as berries, watermelon, mango)
– Fruit juice (such as apple juice, orange juice)
– Popsicle molds or small paper cups
– Popsicle sticks

Instructions:

1. Cut your fresh fruit into small pieces and place them in the popsicle molds or paper cups. You can mix different types of fruit for a variety of flavors.

2. Pour the fruit juice over the fruit in the molds/cups. Make sure the juice covers all the fruit pieces.

3. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold/cup. If using paper cups, cover them with aluminum foil and poke the stick through the foil.

4. Place the popsicles in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.

5. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds/cups by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
